In addition, from the global market, global sales of smart wearable products reached 172.2 million units in 2018, up 27.5% year-on-year. For smartwatches, global smartwatch shipments are about 44 million units in 2018, up 54% year-on-year, according to Trendforce, and are expected to increase to 94.3 million units by 2022. According to statistics, China’s shipments of wearable equipment have reached 73.21 million units, an increase of 28.5% year-on-year. In Huawei’s latest Huawei Watch GT2, for example, global shipments exceeded 1 million in just 45 days, a growth rate that can be seen.
