As a traditional car company has a long-standing approach, the most affordable entry model configuration, always have to wait a long time for consumers to pick up the car. The same is true of Tesla’s latest Cybertruck electric pickup truck, a maverick electric car company. Shortly after the announcement, the company received at least 250,000 orders. In the order of scheduling, however, Tesla will prioritize the introduction of high-configuration versions, which, after all, are more lucrative.

Earlier, the company announced that it would start production of the low-set version in the second half of 2021, followed by the dual-motor version and the three-motor version in the second half of 2022.
Now, according to the booking page, Tesla will prioritize the production of the more powerful Cybertuck order , with the three-motor version due to start production in the second half of 2021 and the entry model being delayed to the second half of 2022.
Judging from the way the company has every time it releases its new series of models, it should be no wonder. In terms of price, the three-motor version of the Cybertruck electric pickup starts at $699,000 (approximately RMB492,000).
The dual motor version is $499,000 (about 351,000 RMB) and the single motor (rear drive only) version is available for sale for $399,000 (approximately 281,000 RMB).
Musk has previously said on Twitter that most would-be buyers have opted for dual-motor and three-motor versions of Cybertruck when the number is close to 150,000.
So the company finally chose to do so, taking into account factors such as demand for capacity and cost and profit.
