According to KbS, the number of newborns in South Korea fell by 3,000 in August 2019 from a year earlier, the lowest number of births in August. According to the analysis, the main reason for the decline in the birth rate is the decline in the marriage rate. According to the analysis, the decline in marriage rate is the main reason for the decline in the number of newborns in South Korea.
