It’s clear that Taylor Swift is making a splash again this year, according tomedia. First, she has been successful in business and critics with her latest album, “Lover,” and this year she has been nominated for a Grammy and a Golden Globe. What excites fans most is that the singer and entertainer seem to be in a period of creativity, and she’s still thriving.
It looks like Taylor’s 2019 record goes beyond that.
On Thursday, local time, Taylor received another honor — Twitter’s most influential person in 2019. According to Brandwatch, a social media analytics firm, it was the second year in a row that she had won the award. Taylor scored 97 points on the 100-point influencer score.
Although Swift has sent only 13 tweets in the past year, she has topped the list. The result was also to be expected, as she has carefully promoted her Twitter content this year, and the singer has shared almost everything with her posts on Instagram and Tumblr, her favorite social media platform. Especially after the release of the new hit single “Lover,” she increased the frequency of tweets, and even retweeted photos of fans and her own tweets.
Rounding out the top 10 were fellow singer Katy Perry, “A-Sister” Ariana Grande and Lady Gaga, tv host Ellen DeGeneres and reality TV star Kim Kardashian. More of the men in the top 10 are in office jobs, such as Elon Musk, Donald Trump and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, with the exception of footballer Cristiano Ronaldo.
