Volvo announced in a press release today that the all-electric tilter Polestar 2 ,which will go on sale next year will provide the industry’s strongest traction capability. Although Polestar 2 will not be mass-produced until 2020, the company has now accepted new car bookings. And in the press release, Volvo also plans to bring more accessories to the Polestar 2 to enrich driving fun.
According to Volvo officialdata, the Polestar 2 has a tow capacity rating of 1,500 kg (3,300 lb), compared with 910 kg (2,000 lb) for the Model 3 compared to Tesla. It is worth noting that both sets of data are in European versions and are not currently available in the United States.
In addition to its strong towing capacity, Volvo says the Polestar 2 has 405 litres of trunk storage and 35 litres of front storage box space (under the bonnet), and the Polestar 2 will also have a roof rack that can carry up to 75kg.

Also included in the accessories offered in Polestar 2 is an electric bicycle, a hand-crafted product made by Swedish transport company CAKE. Designed as an electric test bike, the Kalk OR model costs $13,000 and comes with a 2.6 kWh battery that can last up to three hours. Like the Polestar 2, it is equipped with a suspension system from another Swedish company, shlins, and features a unique gold spray paint.
