Media reported that from January 2020, Apple will offer New Year’s services to employees at its own retail stores, including free Apple Music, Apple TV Plus, and Apple Arcade subscriptions. The Apple Store is understood to be running a major promotional campaign for Apple Arcade gaming services, such as pre-installing games on an iPad or Mac. So far, however, apple TV Plus has limited progress and lag.

It is reported that this free subscription package is designed to help Apple Store sales people understand the types of their own services, making it easier to explain product benefits to customers.
Apple has occasionally adopted similar employee incentives, such as the Apple Watch offer launched in 2015.
It’s important to note that employees receive free subscriptions to Apple Music, Apple TV Plus, and Apple Arcade for a single person, and family sharing still requires additional money.
Update: This New Year’s benefit is said to be available to all employees of the Apple Store, not sales-only, from January to March 2020, with an additional $100 apple Watch purchase offer.
