Long March V Y 3 rocket vertical transfer to the launch area

Reporters learned from the National Space Administration, December 21, the Long March 5 Y 3  carrier rocket in China Wenchang space launch site to complete the technical area-related work, vertical transfer to the launch area, planned to be around the end of December to carry out flight test mission. After arriving at the Wenchang space launch site in China at the end of October, the Long March V Y 3 rocket completed all preparations for assembly and testing in accordance with the mission test launch process.

At 8:25 on the 21st, the active launch platform carrying the Long March V Y 3 rocket swerved out of the vertical test plant at the launch site and was safely transferred to the launch area after about 2 hours of smooth travel.

Subsequently, after completing the rocket functional inspection and joint testwork, and confirming the final status, the rocket will be filled with propellant, the launch is scheduled.
