OPPO will launch new Reno3 5G and Reno3 Pro 5G products in China on December 26. Prior to that, the company was exposed for refreshes of the Low-end smartphone product line in the A-Series. The first is the positioning of the mid-range OPPO A91, which features a 6.4-inch FHD-AMOLED display (2400 x 1800 resolution, screen share 90.7%), MediaTek Helio P70 SoC, 8GB RAM and 128GB ROM (microSD support storage extension).

On the camera side, the OPPO A91 uses a combination of rear 48MP main camera plus 8MP secondary (119 degrees ultra-wide angle) plus macro lens and depth sensor.
With a battery capacity of 4000 mAh and 0-60% in 30 minutes, the optional Dark Night Star, Modern Bright Red, Melting Light color, is available for 20,000 rupees (1999 RMB).
This was followed by the entry-level OPPO A8, which features a 6.5-inch HD-plus display (resolution 720 x 1600, 89% screen), MediaTek Helio P35 SoC, 4GB RAM and 128GB ROM (supporting 256GB microSD expansion).
The front camera is a combination of 8MP, rear 12MP master , 2MP wide angle, 2MP depth sensor. Battery capacity 4230 mAh, optional sky blue or secret night black color, sold for 12,000 rupees (1199 RMB).
Both models run the ColorOS 6.1, which is custom-built for Android 9.0 Pie, but the OPPO A91 features an off-screen fingerprint scheme, while the A8 is a rear fingerprint scheme, available on December 26.
