Google Maps not only provides a great navigational experience, but also provides rich extensions based on maps, such as finding nearby food, viewing user reviews, and more. It’s fair to say that Google Maps is ahead of many of its competitors, and Google continues to add interesting new features to it. A sharp-eyed Reddit user recently discovered a new google feature that believes Star Wars fans will be happy to see it.

Simply put, when a user visits a web version of Google Maps, the “hyperspace” experience in Star Wars is similar to the one in Star Wars whenever a user switches between planets. If you want to try this new experience, you’ll need to open the web version of Google Maps, then narrow it to the limit, and then click in the lower right corner to switch to Satellite View. You’ll see a menu on the left side of the screen that contains different planets, and clicking on any of them will feature a full-screen hyperspace jump animation.
