Physicist Sean: “Multi-World” hypothesis may hold

The existence or failure of objects to exist or not is not affected by our observations, which we have become accustomed to. Sean Carroll, a physicist at the California Institute of Technology, explores the issue in his new book, “The Deep Hidden.” He also further stated his position in a recent interview: “Multi-world” hypothesis is definitely possible.

If the multiple worlds did exist, how many would there be?

“We’re not sure whether the number of parallel worlds is infinite or limited, but it’s certainly a huge number that can’t be counted with one hand,” Carroll said. “

He also takes a closer, metaphysical view of the universe as a whole, arguing that the so-called physical reality is largely related to the observer himself.

Carol is not the only one to examine multiple realities. Scientists such as Hawking and Schrodinger have also raised the possibility of multiple parallel worlds. So is it possible for us to visit other parallel universes, as is common in sci-fi movies? Carroll is not hopeful.
