On January 8th, Hongqi unveiled a picture of its new flagship H9 at the Great Hall of the People, which uses a new design language and looks more distinguished. And the car adds more luxury comfort configurations, reinforcing its luxurious properties. The head part of the car, the H9 uses a larger vertical waterfall-style grille shape, creating a strong Rolls-Royce luxury look.
Its iconic red flag is extended from the bonnet to the middle of the intake medium net, which is highly recognizable. The head and body are equipped with horizontal vertical body lines, creating an excellent air field for the whole vehicle.
As an executive-class sedan, it offers a two-color body coating similar to the Maybach model, with high-end properties. It is worth mentioning that the car was built by the Design Team led by Chinese designer Ding Yangfeng, showing that the Chinese people in the design of luxury cars also have a remarkable strength.
In terms of interior, the new car focuses on the shaping of luxury properties, which are decorated in a large number of wood, leather and chrome-plated materials, and the luxury car properties are once again enhanced. At the same time, the car is also very design sense, the red flag officially called it “Oriental mood” cockpit design language. The central control part is equipped with a double union screen, showing a good sense of science and technology.
The rear of the vehicle also uses a split two-seat layout, and the rear channel section is also designed with a zoned air conditioning and seat adjustment control panel, with aviation “zero gravity” seat, the luxury comfort of the car to a new step.
In terms of the most consumer concern about power, the new car is equipped with a 3.0-liter V6 supercharged engine, of which the high-power version of the peak torque of the model is 380 Nm, the transmission system matching the DCT400 dual clutch transmission, so that the new car’s 100 km acceleration of less than 8 seconds. On the chassis side, the new car features a rear-drive chassis with an overhead engine and an air suspension system.
