Screen fingerprints have become standard for most flagships, and even some thousand-dollar models use screen fingerprint recognition. In the flagship model, however, in addition to the Sony Xperia 1 and Xperia 5, there are LG G8 ThinQ and LG V50 ThinQ (LG G8x ThinQ supportscreen fingerprinting). Now a new generation of G9 ThinQs has screen fingerprints, and on January 10th, Slashleaks released a shell rendering of the LG G9 ThinQ.
Compared to the previous G8 ThinQ, the LG G9 ThinQ screen was upgraded to a drop screen (G8 ThinQ is notch screen), supporting screen fingerprinting, and the camera upgraded to four cameras (LG G8 ThinQ is dual).
Core configuration, lg G9 ThinQ may be equipped with Qualcomm SnapDragon865 flagship platform. It has been reported that LG G9 ThinQ does not support 5G networks, and the 5G version of G9 ThinQ will be launched after v60 ThinQ, which is available for partial market launch.
It is worth noting that LG G9 ThinQ retains the 3.5mm headphone hole, and it is not yet certain that LG G9 ThinQ will be released at the exact time, and it is likely to be unveiled at MWC 2020, which is worth looking forward to.
