The basic models of the Samsung Galaxy S20 series will come with 12GB LDDR5 RAM

Leaker Ice Cosmos said in a Twitter post that the standard configuration for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S20 series smartphones will include 12GB of LDDR5 RAM. This means you can find 12GB of RAM on the galaxy S20, Galaxy S20 Plus and Galaxy S20 Ultra models, which is already more than most people’s computers have memory capacity.

But it’s not clear at the moment that some of the higher-end models will have a lot of memory, most likely 16GB (Xiaomi has confirmed that it will be equipped with this level of capacity memory chip on the Black Shark 3 gaming phone).

Previous rumours have been that Samsung’s Galaxy S20 smartphones are also very good at taking pictures. It will come with useful new camera features, including director mode, night shoot improvements, single photos, vertical panoramas and custom filters.

We’re only a few days away from the Galaxy S20 launch, and all of these leaks will eventually be confirmed at the launch.
