Starting this week, LEGO will launch a more advanced DIY robot around the world, called SPIKE Prime,media reported. This is a LEGO education series, which means it is aimed at students. The LEGO SPIKE Prime Programmable Set was launched to the world for the first time in April 2019. SPIKE Prime packages will help children build confidence in STEAM programming by introducing them to the robot world.
SPIKE Prime Packages support a variety of features from LEGO bricks and mobile devices. With Bluetooth connectivity, students can control LEGO robots on an iPad or Android smartphone.
This week, the LEGO Education SPIKE Prime Kit was released to the public for the first time through the official LEGO Education website for about $330.
