The Samsung Galaxy A71 5G, previously discovered, will enter the U.S. market. Samsung is understood to have prepared two versions of the Samsung Galaxy A71 5G, the SM-A716U (operator’s custom version) and the “SM-A716U1” (no lock). It is reported that the machine will be Samsung’s second A-Series 5G phone (the first is the Galaxy A90 5G), but also the first smartphone with a mid-range mobile platform (Galaxy A90 5G with the flagship platform SnapDragon855).
The company, which will be named the Galaxy A71 5G, is said to be Samsung’s first Exynos 980 model, with an Exynos 980 processor.
Built on an 8nm process, the Exynos 980 features two Cortex A77 cores (the industry’s first) plus six Cortex A55 cores with the Gpu Mali-G76.
Compared to the Exynos 9825, which requires an external 5G modem, the Exynos 980 integrates a 5G modem that helps reduce power consumption while supporting Wi-Fi 6, a feature currently used by Samsung’s flagship.
In addition, the Exynos 980 supports HDR 10 plus video decoding and 108MP cameras.
What’s more, the price of the Samsung Galaxy A71 5G will be a surprise and something to look forward to.
