Many of us use washing machines, laundry detergent and water to clean our clothes at home. But sometimes people’s clothes only need a little cleaning care. That’s why Samsung introduced AirDresser, which uses strong air and steam to disinfect and clean the clothes placed inside.
Jennifer Song, of Samsung, said: “AirDresser is Samsung’s response to consumers, even basic home appliances, to provide more dynamic performance, providing a simple and effective home solution to meet their need for clean, fresh, sterile and clean clothes that smell fresh, sterile and clean. “
Clothes will be hung inside the device, where strong air currents will be used to blow away and remove dust particles, and then high-pressure steam will be used to eliminate any bugs or allergens. Then dry the clothes at low temperatures, and there’s even a feature that means people don’t have to iron them extra.
Samsung says AirDresser’s gentle cleaning of care clothes can help extend service life, and the device has deodorant filters that prevent the accumulation of sweat, tobacco and food in the room during use, and can even use a combination of heat, strong airflow and steam. There is also a feature that helps absorb moisture from the air in your room.
The front of the AirDresser has a touchscreen LCD panel with enough space inside to hold three jackets and three pairs of pants to run all night without disturbing sleeping homes and includes a portable water container for steam, so there is no need for plumbing.
AirDresser was first launched in South Korea in 2018 and then on display at IFA 2019, with a global launch from now on.
