Apple’s website online shows Martin Luther King Day page

Martin Luther King Day is a u.S. federal holiday to mark the birthday of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr., the leader of the civil rights movement. The Martin Luther King Day is set for the third Monday of January, around January 15th, his birthday. This year is January 20. This is one of three official holidays in the United States to commemorate individuals. Apple paid tribute to Martin Luther King Jr. on its official website front page. The photograph of Martin Luther King is accompanied by his signature saying: “Anything that directly affects others indirectly affects everyone.”

In addition, Apple CEO Tim Cook also in his personal Twitter follow-up tweet in memory of Martin Luther King. “I dare to believe that people around the world can eat three meals a day, have physical and mental education and culture, and have dignity, equality and freedom. “Let us all have ambitious goals and strive to realize Martin Luther King’s dream and make it a reality for all of us.”
