Two weeks ago, Google began tweaking its search results design, according to media report. However, the redesign was rejected, with users complaining that the search results looked confusing because the site’s website icons and links appeared above the search results.

Many users have speculated that the design is google’s effort to make it easier for text ads to confuse search results with search results.

Google has now responded, saying it is looking for improvements.
