According to the latest user data released today by Apple on its App Store support website, 77 percent of iPhones released in the past four years have iOS 13, 17 percent use iOS 12, and 6 percent use earlier versions of iOS, according tomedia reports. IOS 13 is running on 70% of all devices running iOS.
Twenty-three percent of iPhones are still running iOS 12 and 7 percent of iPhones are running earlier versions of iOS.
New data shows that 79 percent of all iPads released in the last four years have gone on iOS 13, compared with 19 percent for iOS 12 and 2 percent for earlier versions.
For all iPads, 57 percent of iOS 13 runs, 27 percent on iOS 12, and the remaining 16 percent are still using older versions of iOS.
It comes after Apple last shared updates on iOS installations last October, when 55 percent of iOS devices (released in the last four years) upgraded to iOS 13. Over the past three months, the number has grown slightly.
