Recently, according tomedia reports, Twitter users @_rogame exposed some of the parameters of the suspected Microsoft Surface Go 2. The parameters come from 3DMark, a well-known GPU running software platform, which records two motherboard product parameters called the OEMRX Product Name EV2, which the whistleblower calls Surface Go 2.
On the parameters, the OEMRX Product Name EV2 is equipped with an Intel Core m3-8100Y, a dual-core four-threaded processor with 14nm process, 5W TDP, base frequency 1.10GHz, 3.4GHz, 4MB cache, HD Graphics 615 sets, with a graphics dynamic frequency of 900MHz.
Other parameters include 8GB of memory, 128GB of storage, and 64-bit Windows 10 systems.
Compared to the Surface Go generation Intel Pentium 4415Y, although the design and process of the two are not much different, but because m3 support sfrequency to 3.4GHz, triple-double, memory bandwidth is also higher, so performance is a new level.
As one of the most popular products in the Surface series, Surface Go has been well received as soon as it is launched, and if Microsoft can really upgrade the m3-8100Y processor at the same price, it will make up for the surface Go’s biggest short board, let’s wait and see.
