But so far, Tesla officials have not given a specific delivery schedule.

On February 7, Ningbo Dusheng Electronics announced that its subsidiary Shanghai Lingang Yusheng Automotive Safety Systems Co., Ltd. recently received a fixed-point letter of intent from Tesla (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., formally confirming Lingang Yusheng Safety as a supplier of Tesla’s domestic Model 3 and Model Y models.
It is worth mentioning that the two factories in Shanghai are only 3 kilometers apart, to facilitate this cooperation. The company also resumed work on February 10 to support the subsequent ramping and delivery of capacity at Tesla’s Shanghai plant.
This year, Tesla’s supply chain will be fully domesticated. Tesla has previously revealed that the current domestic Model 3 parts domestic rate of 30%, in the increasing supply of domestic parts, the mid-year Tesla parts domestic rate of up to 80%, the end of the year can be fully 100% domestic.
