Foreign media: U.S. is considering changing rules to block TSMC and other supply to Huawei

The Trump administration is considering changing U.S. rules to allow companies such as TSMC to supply chips to Huawei Technologies, Reuters reported. At this week’s and next high-level U.S. meetings, or to discuss strengthening export controls for Huawei. A source said the chip proposal had been drafted, but it was not known whether it would be approved.
