Price County police rescued a black bear named “T-shirt” in Kings Beach, California, this week, according to cNETT. The “T-shirt” was apparently stuck in a bin while searching for food and needed help to get out. The Price County Sheriff’s Office shared video of the incident Tuesday.
The name of the T-shirt came from a white patch on his chest, which became apparent after police removed the lid of the dumpster and the bear climbed on.
The video has also attracted some social media users’ attention. “Black Bear’s T-shirt, Harry Houdini (Escape Master), ” wrote Hard Factor Will, host of Barstool Sports, in the video.
With 2020 just around the corner, it’s time to assess the past year with the lens of this bear video. Twitter user Candice Cane wrote: “We’re all black bears ‘T-shirts’ and trash bins represent 2019. “
Pleasant County residents often find a variety of wildlife around their homes, including deer, cougars and bears. “Place the trash can and make sure it’s safe.” Please use the snap trash. If possible, store the trash can in the garage or warehouse,” Plisher County police advised.
