Netmarketshare: Both Windows 10 and Chrome’s market share are growing slightly

Netmarketshare has released data on operating system and browser market share for February 2020. The data showed a slight increase in market share for Windows 10 and Google Chrome compared to January 2020. With the end of Windows 7 support, more and more users are switching to Windows 10, which currently has a 57.39 percent market share.

This was followed by Windows 7, which had a market share of 25.20%. Windows 8.1 came in third with 3.48% of the market, followed by macOS X 10.14 with a market share of 2.77%.

On the browser side, Google Chrome’s market share rose slightly and now has a market share of 67.27 per cent, followed by Mozilla Firefox with 7.57 per cent.

Microsoft’s Edge and Internet Explorer came in third and fourth with 7.39 percent and 6.38 percent, respectively. Here’s the chart:
