Apple quietly released the new-designed third-generation AirPods, the AirPods Pro, on Apple’s website on October 30, 2019, with active noise reduction and IPX4-class waterproofing, and listening in normal mode to match the previous generation. Listening in noise reduction mode and transparent mode is also reduced by only half an hour.
According to the website, the built-in extroverted microphone detects external sound waves, and then, before you hear them, the AirPods Pro offsets them with the equivalent noise-resistant waves to reduce noise. Introverted microphones detect excess sound waves in your ears and then offset them with anti-noise waves. Second, Apple AirPods Pro teardown
We separate the lower housing of the charging case. It can be seen that the lower shell and the middle frame have two lines connected, the row is connected to the lightning interface and wireless charging coil.
The line of the lower housing is connected to the motherboard of the upper housing by a line socket and reinforced with soft glue.
We remove the wiring and completely separate the connection between the lower housing and the upper housing.

The middle box approximates the sandwich structure. We see that the inside of the charging case is equipped with two upper and lower batteries with the motherboard in the middle.

The line of the System in Package is connected to the head cover speakers and battery unit via a socket.
The headset is assembled in three parts: head, handle, bottom cover.
The charging contacts of the bottom cover of the headset are connected by welding to the FPC.
We remove the line of the System in Package and separate the head cover of the headset. The inside of the head cover includes batteries, headphone cells, feedback microphones, and other sensor components.
